Our studio operates 7 days a week with a wide range of classes available all day. Your little ones are welcome with child friendly & creche care available for select times.
We have a variety of flexible options including casual class visits, class passes & ongoing memberships.

We have a diverse timetable offering a variety of classes including Matwork, Circuit, Reformer, Stretch, Yoga, Clinical & Private Sessions - we've got something to suit everybody. The majority of our classes are also suitable for Pre and Post-natal clients with some baby friendly classes available.
