TERMS & CONDITIONS
Principle Movements Pty Ltd provides pilates sessions taught by the best independent teachers. Principle Movements Pty Ltd also provides the space for independent teachers and therapists to provide services such as, workshops and treatments. All payments for these services are accepted by Principle Movements Pty Ltd on behalf of the teacher or therapist.

Principle Movements Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, teachers, workshops or teacher training programs. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check live timetables for up-to-date information on all classes and events.

PASSES & PACKS
• Introductory Offer - One time purchase per person. Valid for 21 days from date of first booking. Valid for Whitsunday residents only.

• 10 Class Yoga Pass - Valid for 10 yoga classes only.
​
• Reformer Passes - Valid for 10 or 5 classes only.
​
• Passes have an expiry date of 6 months from date of first visit.
​
• Passes purchased online will activate upon your first visit.
​
PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
• Private Pilates Session - Valid for a singular private one on one pilates session with one of our instructors.
• Private Pilates Session Packs - Valid for 6 months after purchase. Only valid for private pilates sessions, bookings are by request via Momence or email.

MEMBERSHIPS
For full terms and conditions specific to your membership, see the Contract Agreement attached when signing up.
• Excludes workshops and special events as stated on the timetable.
​
• Weekly direct debit payment, runs on a month to month basis. 3 month minimum term. The membership will continue beyond this term unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
​
• We have a limited number of memberships for sale and Principle Movements reserves the right to end sale of memberships once we have reached our maximum number.​
​
• All Memberships operate on a 7 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Momence. In signing this contract you agree for these debits to take place (via our Merchant Provider Stripe. Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
​
• The member agrees to have all funds available for autopays to avoid a $10 dishonour fee.
​
• Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays for the agreed minimum term unless Principle Movements is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
​
• Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.
​
DEBITING YOUR ACCOUNT
• By agreeing to this contract, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your financial institution.
​

• We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your financial institution as authorised in the billing information on your account

​
• If the debit day falls on a day that is not a business day, we may direct your financial institution to debit your account on the following business day. If you are unsure about which day your account has or will be debited you should ask your financial institution.

MEMBERSHIP PAUSES & EXTENTIONS
• At least 2 weeks written notice is required for membership pauses and suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
• Principle Movements requires at least 2 weeks written notice from the next direct debit to terminate membership (ie. 2 x weekly debits will occur after written notice has been provided). Please email request to ash@principlemovements.com.au.

• In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor. No refunds will be provided for any services unused.

• Principle Movements may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members. No refunds will be provided for any services unused. Future autopay debits will be terminated for Memberships.
​
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations less than 6 hours before class = forfeit a class pass or incur a $25 fee for direct debit members.
No-shows = forfeit a class or incur a $25 fee for direct debit members.
Fees will be charged weekly for any cancellations or no-shows.
Repeat offenders may result in membership termination.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass.
