WHAT TO EXPECT
Very different to our group class style. You can expect a tailored approach, where exercises are performed with a deliberate pace and extended duration, ensuring a thorough exploration of movement patterns and addressing specific therapeutic goals.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes early. We'd love to show you around, introduce ourselves, discuss your goals and health profile, and ensure you feel right at home in our space.​

DURATION
Classes run for 45 minutes unless stated otherwise.
​
ATTIRE
Wear comfortable tights/shorts and a workout style top that keeps everything in place.
Remember, socks are COMPULSORY for all Pilates classes for safety and hygiene. Any socks will do, but grip socks are preferred. Don't worry if you don't have them; we've got a fantastic range available for purchase in the studio.

WHAT TO BRING
We've got all the Pilates equipment ready for you. Just bring yourself, water, and a towel for your comfort during the class.​
