No matter if you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner of Pilates. Our Principle Movements community events provide a great opportunity to meet like-minded people & learn more about the practice. 

6 WEEK PRENATAL YOGA PROGRAM

Join us for a transformative 6-week journey designed specifically for expecting mothers, blending yogic postures, breath work, mindfulness, and psychology to nurture your self-care and prepare you for birth.

 

Each week is thoughtfully themed to accompany you through your pregnancy, enhanced with an eBook to support your practice beyond the class.

No prior yoga experience is required; all bodies and abilities are warmly welcomed.

Meet your guide, Margaux, a Women's Health Occupational Therapist and Yoga Therapist, bringing years of experience in tailoring yoga practices to meet the unique needs of women's health.

Save the date: Every Saturday commencing June 8th, from 9 am to 10 am. (6-week program).

PILATES PICNIC EVENT - STRENGTH, STRETCH + SOCIALISE

SUNDAY MAY 19TH 9AM - 12PM

Introducing our newest monthly event: Pilates Picnics - Strength, Stretch, and Socialise!

Join us for the ultimate fusion of fitness and fun as we gather once a month to strengthen, stretch, and socialise with our incredible PM community.

9 am: Gut Health Talk with @naturopath.racheal
~Join Naturopath Racheal as she delves into the world of GUT HEALTH!
In this exclusive health talk your will:
-Learn how to listen to your gut and understand the different symptoms (bloating, pain, food intolerances)
-Gain insightful ways to test your gut microbiome
-Receive practical tips to boost your digestion through foods and supplements
-Experience fermented foods and nourish your gut microbiome instantly 

10 am: Matwork Pilates class with Ash
~Enjoy a revitalising Pilates matwork class tailored to tone and elongate your body

11 am: Brunch and socialising
Snacks and beverages to nourish your body and connect with fellow members.
