This class will help you build confidence, improve your technique, and prepare you to comfortably transition into group classes. Suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted for minor injuries or pregnancy.

9:00 AM - 9:50 AM: Core Strength & Pelvic Health Reformer Class
Join Katrina Edwards for a 50-minute Reformer class focused on core strength and pelvic health. Learn how to engage your pelvic floor and core correctly, boosting strength and resilience for a more empowered, toned midsection.

10:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Reformer Masterclass: Mobility for Longevity
A 75-minute session designed for Pilates instructors to enhance joint health and mobility. Katrina will guide you through techniques that promote longevity, flexibility, and functional movement, helping you optimise joint care for long-term well-being.

11:30 AM - 12:45 PM: Case Study 1: Core, Core, Core – From the Centre
In this live case study, Katrina will assess a new client in real time, focusing on core engagement. Observe her techniques for teaching core activation, addressing challenges, and integrating breathing with pelvic floor work to enhance client outcomes.

1:15 PM - 2:50 PM: Case Study 2: Clinical Application in the Fully Equipped Pilates Studio
Watch Katrina assess and work with a live client, creating an individualised Pilates program using full equipment. This session will teach practical strategies for assessment, program design, and adapting your approach for both one-on-one and group settings.
